In the case of default in the payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the linen on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriate towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the management's rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as my be required.
Please present your ID card, Passport or Permanent Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present personal documents for hotel records. These documents will be returned upon departure.
Check out time is 10.00AM please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 30 days.
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided at Front Office to store any valuables.
Proper lighting
The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.

Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.
The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests' own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
Nothing hereinabove shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favour of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises.
As per the hotel's visitor policy, visitors are allowed to meet resident guests in the guest rooms from 09:00 AM. to 07:00 PM. and at all times in the hotel's public areas. All visitors should carry a government approved photo identity which needs to be presented at the Front Desk prior to accessing guest floors. (due to security reasons.)
If room guest request then will allow but guests will be required to sign in their visitors at the Front Desk where they will complete a Visitor register stating their name, room number and name of their visitor (Govt Id Proof). Also there is a time limit that a visitor can stay in a room. Also hotels impose a charge on visitors.
Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
Smoking, Alcohol, Gambling, Prostitution, contraband goods, drugs, etc – are all strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
The cancellation is free of charge 25 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time 90% of the room rate will be charged as cancellation fee.
We accept advance booking only upto 1 month with full tariff advance payment.
Personal food and beverages are not allowed.
It is not allowed to cause any disturbance to other guests nor cause any nuisance or annoyance in the hotel premises. It is agreeably anticipated that guest will conduct themselves in a respectable, civilized and decent manner.

Using photographs and video's taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.

JMC HOTELS GROUP has extremely robust hygiene procedures in place. In addition, we have implemented a series of new cleaning measures to protect against Covid-19 and ensure our already very high standards are achieved and upheld. As part of these enhanced measures, we have extra protocols for employees and have removed any unnecessary touchpoints.
Wherever possible, you will be asked to check-in and complete your registration in advance of your arrival at which point we will provide a detailed summary of the actions we have taken in respect of Covid-19. Should you wish, you will also be able to check out electronically.
Our usual rigorous cleaning routines continue, but with heightened attention on high touchpoint areas such as handles, switches, remote controls and surfaces. In place of any printed newspapers or magazines, we invite you to access electronic newspapers using our complimentary online app. Should you require, face coverings will be available for your use.
You may notice some slight alterations to the layout in our restaurants and the Lobby Bar to allow for more space between tables and at the bar. We are only able to seat up to six guests from the same household together, with no larger reservations or split reservations permissible at this stage.
We have adjusted our meeting room capacities to allow groups to gather in comfort with the appropriate physical distancing between guests.
Our gym, pool, steam room and sauna are open with enhanced cleaning protocols throughout the area, as well as restrictions relating to the number of members or guests using the spaces at any one time. In the gym, fitness equipment has been rearranged to ensure sufficient space between machines and we kindly ask that the equipment is wiped down before and after use with the wipes provided.

Normal occupancy permits maximum two people per room. Additional person (if room size permits) is charge extra as per prevalent rate of the Hotel.

Group bookings of four or more rooms require cancellation notice to refund the deposit as specified in cancellation & early checkout policy.
In case your plans change, ensure to inform in writing the cancellation/ amendments in plan to the Hotel Reservation for a refund of your deposit. The guidelines in this regards as under:- The modification/cancellation request for bookings made online will be processed automatically through the Internet Booking Engine. Any refund due shall be done through the system in accordance with the applicable modification/cancellation rules. In case of rebooking, a rate difference may be payable for the change as per the rate applicable for the rebooked date/ room type and subject to availability. Any additional charges or rate difference for the modified reservation can be paid through the same payment mode/card as used for original reservation. Please note that if an online booking is modified or cancelled with the hotel’s reservations Office/ Hotel’s sales office, it cannot be further modified or cancelled online. The refund of the reservation done by the Travel Agent will be processed by the issuing Travel Agent only and no refund admissible online. In the event of cancellation of non-cancellable booking (s), the client shall not be refunded the amount paid towards making the reservation(s). Certain room rates & types have restrictions and without benefits. In case you do not wish to opt for restricted rates & types, you can book the room(s) available on www.jmchotels.com without benefits / restrictions. In case of early checkout, you are liable to pay for the entire confirmed reservation. If not sure of the policy, contact the hotel for clarification. Please note for reservation of more than one room in that case all rooms are determined as "reserved nights". For example, two (2) rooms reserved for four (4) nights would be (8) reserved nights, hence to such (8) reserved nights applicable cancellation period is 72 hours.
On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two(2)-to four(4) weeks to show refund back on your credit card statement. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees etc. For more details refer to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
In case the reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit card and release the whole amount if any that was held on it immediately. Now after we do this, it will still take two(2) to four(4) weeks for the bank to process the refund and to show the refunded amount on your credit card.
Normal check in time is 12:00 Noon. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 6 PM.

Early check-in and check-out is available by prior arrangement only i.e. subject to availability and prior intimation & confirmation only.
Any modification in the reservation is subject to availability at the time of making such a request.
Child (up to 4 years) can stay free of charge with parents without extra bed. Children between 5 years to 12 years of age will be charged extra. Children above 12 years of age will be treated as young adults and the prevalent reservation charges will be applicable and levied.
